In morph, E stands for late types, S for Spirals, and I for late spirals and irregulars).
To determine the morphological classification of galaxies into these three classes we used dependence of the "inverse concentration index" (petroR50_r/petroR90_r) on the Mg-Mi color indices, where Mg-Mi = modelMag_g - modelMag_i - (Extinction_g - Extinction_i) - ( kcorrect_g - kcorrect_i).
