Current Projects

e-inf-astro is the current BMBF programme funding Virtual Observatory activities in Germany; BMBF-FKZ 05A23VH4.

We are receiving funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 871149.

Past Projects

During the first ~ eight years of our existence, we were mainly funded through a succession of BMBF projects having GAVO in their names; GAVO-II (FKZ 05AC6VHA), GAVO-III (FKZ 05A08VHA), and GAVO-2011 (FKZ 05A11VH3).

ESCAPE was part of the EOSC effort on the European level.

We were also part of ASTERICS, funded by the European Commission Framework Programme Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation action under grant agreement n. 653477

CoSADIE was a European VO project running from 2012 to 2014 (FP7 project 312559); we were also part of its predecessors, EuroVO ICE and EuroVO AIDA.
