Caveats:

• This will only work with modern (namespace URI 1.3) VOTables
• The service is based on XSLT, which means that only TABLEDATA-serialised VOTables will work here.
• We will transform processing services with a standardID of ivo://ivoa.net/std/SODA#sync-1.0 and swallow all others. If you have other services and an idea what this should be doing with them, do let us know.

In addition to the form interface, this also supports a DALI-type API. Uploads work like in TAP. For instance, http://dc.g-vo.org/shomydl/q/f/api?UPLOAD=in_data,http://foo.bar/dl.xml would translate the datalink document at http://foo.bar/dl.xml.
